Both the Outer Critics Circle, which honors both Broadway and off-Broadway productions; and the Lucille Lortel Awards, which celebrate only off-Broadway, chose Oslo as the Best Play of the 2016-2017 theater season, just as the New York Drama Critics' Circle did earlier. In this week's episode, my theatergoing buddy Bill Tynan and I talk about what those wins might mean for Oslo's chances when the Tonys are announced on June 11.
